Scone House Rental Terms & Conditions.

Scone Accommodation TermsBookings & Rates

The rates listed are subject to change at any time. The rental rate varies upon how long you stay. Rates are reduced for longer stays. All quoted rates include GST.

To book villa please phone 0418 463 469 or use our Easy Online Booking Form with your details & requirements. Bookings are confirmed by receipt of your credit card details. If paying by direct debit, cash, eftpos a 30% deposit is required which is refundable according to our cancellation policy.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit card Visa, Mastercard, & American Express (3% surcharge for Amex) Eftpos, Cash or Bank Deposit. Sorry no cheques. A guest information sheet is required to be filled out on arrival with a personal guarantee that any damage to the villa will be paid for if it occurred during your stay at Scone Accommodation Villas.

Scone Accomodation Check-in

 

 Arrival / Departures

Your guest manager will meet you at the property in business hours or a key drop will be arranged.

Check in is 2pm & check out is 10am. Special arrangements can be made.

 

Guest Responsibilities

  • It is the responsibility of the guests to abide by these terms & conditions.
  • It is the responsibility of all guests to report any issues with the property to the guest manager. This includes disturbances, damage, loss or criminal matters relating to the property.
  • Serviced villas are for accommodation use. Parties or commercial use are prohibited.
  • All damages & breakages are payable. See damages & breakages.
  • The number of tenants must not exceed the number on the booking sheet. If property is overloaded, you will be asked to vacate with no refund given.
  • Guest should show care & respect for the property by turning off airconditioner & locking doors & windows when leaving the property.
  • Guests are expected to keep the property at a respectable level of cleanliness. If excessive levels of cleaning are required by staff cleaners, charges could result.
  • Please consider our neighbours & other tenants.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • All villas are non-smoking. If smoke is detected additional cleaning costs will apply.

Accommadation Cleaning or Damage

Cleaning

Your villa will be cleaned once per week. Accommodations are cleaned & serviced after each guest stays.

Damages & Breakage

Your credit card details will be held as security. Breakages or damage will be charged to your credit card & a receipt will be forwarded to your email address.
